OPTIMIZED REMEDIATION CONTRACT, JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, ALASKA

The Government is posting/providing the attached draft documents in order to receive feedback from the industry, which may be used in the preliminary planning purposes and assist in development of the final solicitation (Request for Proposal).
DISCLAIMER: Please note the PWS, CLIN/subCLIN structure, and enclosures are *DRAFTS* and are subject to change prior to issuance of the solicitation. Please do not contact anyone from USACE/Air Force regarding this PWS other than the contracting POC below. USACE reserves the right not to solicit these requirements, or to use a solicitation method other than FedBizOpps.
Feedback and Questions regarding the PWS, draft CLIN/subCLIN structure, and enclosures may be submitted via email to john.l.mccomas@usace.army.mil no later than 14 October 2019. The Government reserves the right to not answer inquiries during the pre-solicitation phase. However, if inquiries are answered or additional/changed documents are provided, they will be posted to this FBO posting and not emailed to individuals/companies.
