management and marketing of Tuesday Night Farmers Market from May 3, 2011 to October 25,
2011, in Plaza Park in the City. The successful bidder will be subject to the issuance
of a Plaza Permit with conditions, as set forth herein and the City Special Events
Policy, including Appendix A, Plaza Park Restrictions, Requirements & Guidelines.
