OPERA HOUSE EXPANSION NEEDS ASSESSMENT
The project will include, but is not limited to: cultural and physical needs assessment relative to the Opera House and the community, the determination whether the market demands require supplemental space to sustain cultural programming, and the consideration of various proposed sites to accommodate this program and prioritize the efficacy of each.
