The California Ocean Protection Council (OPC) is seeking a contractor to design and manage multiparty deliberations to implement one or more OPC projects to strengthen ocean protection measures in California. These deliberations will include representatives of parties involved with or affected by OPC projects, and will aim to produce decisions, agreements, and action plans that meet the interests of the parties.
