County is soliciting for firm, fixed-price offers from qualified and experienced
vendors to furnish the necessary materials, services and supplies to provide year-round
24/7 telephone technical support and on-site maintenance and repair of its Storagetek
automated tape library equipment (ie, STK 9740 library, 9840 tape drives, and VSM3 virtual
storage manager) as detailed in these Specifications.
