ON-CALL TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES
Notice is hereby given that the City, hereinafter referred to as "COT" is conducting a competitive ONE-STEP process to
retain up to TWO (2) CONSULTANTS to provide ON-CALL TRAFFIC ENGINEERING STUDIES for the Transportation
Department. The purpose of this contract is to select an on-call consultant to provide study, analysis, and design support throughout
the year on various traffic engineering projects. Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) funding could potentially be used on
projects under the resulting contract. Therefore, the form titled REQUIRED CONTRACT PROVISIONS FEDERAL-AID
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS is included in this solicitation and will become a part of the resulting contract. In addition,
Local Preference Points shall not be used in the selection process
