ON-CALL ASSISTANT VIDEOGRAPHER
The City of Portland, Bureau of Police is seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams or consultants, hereafter called Proposer(s), with demonstrated experience in videography, and proposes to engage the successful Proposer for the following services: This work involves videotaping scenario-based training which is reviewed by the Training Division Instructor staff and the Advanced Academy students. The successful Proposer for this position must have the demonstrated ability to find camera angles and locations that allow recruit officers to see and hear actions they perform which may be tactically inaccurate or possibly dangerous for themselves or others. The successful Proposer for this work will assist PPBs Full-Time Employee (FTE) videographer occasionally between July 1, 2009 and June 30, 2012.
