The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) is seeking the services of a Consultant/Consultant Team to conduct an On-Board Transit Survey (the Survey) of all fixed transit routes of the Central Ohio Transit Service (COTA) and Delaware Area Transit Agency (DATA) and conduct a rigorous Quality Assurance/Quality Control check of the survey data with respect to the regional travel demand forecasting model. The purpose of the Survey is to provide sufficiently accurate data to calibrate and validate the MORPCs activity-based/tour-based travel demand forecasting model.
