ONLINE WATER QUALITY MONITORING (OWQM) DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
CH2M HILL is soliciting information and qualifications from software vendors for an online water quality monitoring (OWQM) data management system to support the Philadelphia Water Department (PWD). The OWQM system will be part of PWDs Contamination Warning System (CWS). It will support the management of water quality in the drinking water distribution system on a continuous basis, including support for water quality studies and evaluation of operational changes in water quality. As a part of the CWS, the OWQM data management system must include functionality for assessing water quality data and must have interfaces to interact with other information systems in the CWS project.
