The University intends to contract for the purchase, implementation, training, and maintenance associated with a remotely hosted, comprehensive, fully integrated multi-user Online Student Health & Counseling Center Practice Management Software System.
The University wishes to acquire an Online Student Health and Counseling Center Practice Management System (Hosted Software/Software as a Service) with the one or more of the following focuses:
• Basic Practice Management
• Scheduling
• Medical Records
• Billing
• Immunization
Note: The University reserves the right to purchase individual modules or multiple modules as a package. Vendors should submit pricing by module if such a price structure is available.
CWU is interested in a hosted (Application Service Provided a/k/a ASP) server-based solution providing web-based access to clients. The new system should support both PC and Macintosh browsers and must be capable of operating through our routed TCP/IP network.
