ONLINE REFERENCE SERVICE
The objective of this request for proposal is to solicit proposals for the furnishing of a
state wide license for access by members of the MOREnet community to one or more
full-text database(s), indexed and abstracted; to wit a broad spectrum, academic and
general interest journal database; a health or general medical journal database; a journal
database targeted to elementary schools (K-5) and/or secondary schools (6-12) if not
included in the popular, broad spectrum journal database.
