BES is seeking proposals from qualified real estate agents to provide services on an as-needed basis in support of the bureaus Land Acquisition programs. BES corresponds with interested property owners on an intermittent basis, based on property owner interests and concentrated program activities. BES seeks licensed Real Estate Agents to serve as BESs buyers agent and lead negotiator (Agent) as program activities require consultation services.
BES intends to award up to two contracts for these services. The successful proposer(s) will enter into a three-year contract for services as required. The total value of each contract awarded will not exceed $100,000 for the term of the contract.
