Olympic National Park is seeking quotes for the supply/delivery of two (2) each portable traffic signals (PTS) for deployment and rent at the upper Hoh Road area. The location for the unit to be delivered and set up at is at Milepost 5.5 of the Upper Hoh Rd. (Washington State Route 107), approximately 35 miles southeast of Forks, WA. During the period of performance, the contractor shall provide PTS units visually free of major defects and in sound working order. In addition, the contractor shall respond to equipment failures within eight (8) working hours.
The normal working hours are Monday through Thursday, 06:00 am to 4:30 pm Pacific Time.

Line items:
10 Provide two (2) each Horizon SQ3TS (brand name or equal) PTS with wireless communication and vehicle detection packages.

20 Provide two (2) each R10-6, 24 inch x 3 inch and two (2) each W3-3, 36 inch x 36 inch signs for duration of project.

Quotes must include round trip shipping FOB: Destination: Forks, Washington 98331.

The period of performance is May 19th to September 8th, 2017. Two weeks advance notice will be provided for delivery and set up of the units.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number P17PS01116 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-94, 2005-95 effective January 17, 2017.

This requirement is open to any and all small business, the applicable NAICS Code is 532412 with a size standard of $32.5 Million dollars receipts within the past three years.

The Government will award a single firm fixed-price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the most responsive and responsible offeror whose quote is determined to be the best value to the Government. The provision at 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. The clauses at FAR 52.212-4, contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition, to include the following clauses sited and incorporated by reference: FAR 52-211-6, 52.219-6, 52.219-13, 52.219-28, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-36, 52.223-18, 52.225-1, 52.225-5, 52.225-13 and 52.232-33.

All offerors must be registered and have active profiles in the System for Award Administration (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov prior to the close date of this announcement. It is the responsibility of the offerors to ensure their profile information is accurate and current in order to prevent future complications.
