The Ohio National Guard has a requirement for a high definition video presentation system to support large public and training event venues. The system must include all of the hardware, cabling and cases necessary to facilitate an 8 input by 4 output HDBaseT capable 4K video presentation system complete with a Main Switcher rack, 2 distribution racks, 2 input racks, receivers, system cables and ultra-short-throw laser projectors. The system must be to be able to function in adverse weather conditions and will include ATA rated hard cases; utilize hardened "ethercon" interconnects and tactical tuff cables.

This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 334220. The small business size standard is 1250 employees

Offers must include enough product information (ie model numbers and product specifications) for the OHARNG to determine that the proposed items meet the necessary minimum requirements. Failure to submit sufficient information for the Government may result in the rejection of your quote. The contract will be fixed price and be will be awarded on the basis of the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors (IAW FAR 52.212-2(b)).
