OHA Space Planning and Arch Design Services
The successful firm(s) will assist the Oakland Housing Authority (OHA) in providing a variety of Space Planning and Design Services including the evaluation and assessment of three of OHAs currently occupied buildings. The firm(s) will be required to furnish all labor, material and supplies to complete the work. The firm(s) must also pay all applicable taxes and provide required insurance.
