OFFICIAL PROVIDER OF ONLINE SCIENTIFIC REPORTING
Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the IAS seeks to partner with an existing provider of online scientific news and information in order to extend the reach of the scientific programmes offered at both conferences. The audience for this initiative includes a wide range of stakeholders involved in the global response to HIV, some of whom may attend the conference, but many others who are unable to attend, including many from low- and middle-income countries.
The specific scope of work in this RFP includes pre-conference publicity and outreach, online reporting of news and information presented as part of the scientific programme during and following the conference, and post-conference assessment of online use of scientific new reports. This document details our requirements, and we invite proposals from interested parties to this effect.
