OEM Toner Cartridges

The company is looking for a supplier to furnish and deliver OEM toners and cartridges to our warehouse.
SHIPPING:
If the company awards this contract, the winner must be able to deliver toners and cartridges within 1-5 business days to our facility in Florida. Shipping costs should be included within the price of individual products. Products shall be delivered between 9 AM and 5 PM EST, Monday - Friday. There will be no Saturday deliveries unless specifically requested. the company will not be held responsible for deliveries that are not signed for at our location.
PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS:
All products must have an expiration date of at least two years when it is received into our warehouse. Products that are delivered that are set to be expired in less than one year will be returned back to the shipper at their cost.
TERM OF CONTRACT:
This is a one year contract starting August 20th, 2010, with the option to renew (1) one additional year.
SUBMITTING BID:
The Excel pricing sheet must be filled out and submitted digitally as an Excel file, either on a CD or a USB drive.
BID DUE DATE:
Bids will be accepted, no later than 8/7/2010 at 2:00 PM. Bids that are received after this time will be refused.
