OEM Repair of Test Sets
Solicitation N00421-14-0415 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source basis with Carleton Life Support Systems, Inc (Cobham Mission Systems Divisions) under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13, and FAR Part 6.302-1. All repairs must be made using original manufactured parts. Carleton Life Support Systems is the OEM and owns all proprietary rights for the data and drawings. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.

Estimated Delivery Date After Receipt of Order
Award is expected 28 July. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 11 am EST, 18 July 2014 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
