The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - West Point intends to award on a sole source basis a Purchase Order to ORGANIZATION FOR ECONOMIC COOPERATION AND DEVELOPMENT, 2001 L ST NW STE 650, WASHINGTON DC 20036-4910 to provide
proprietary online subscription for the USMA Library. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. If your firm does not agree with the sole source determination, please provide information supporting your firm's capabilities and experience in being able to provide the above requirement. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quote which shall be considered by the agency. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responses are due not later than 11:00am 27 March 201776. Responses shall be sent to Joseph.r.bloss.civ@mail.mil. If no acceptable responses are received by the due date and time, award will be made without further notice.
