Until Tuesday, november 10, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Standard Time, and opened thereafter, for furnishing the materials and performing the labor for the execution and construction of: ODNR MINERAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT SALEM MRM DISTRICT OFFICE RENOVATIONS COLUMBIANA COUNTY PROJECT NO. DNR-090030 in accordance with the plans and specifications on file in the OHIO DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, Division of Engineering in Columbus, Ohio.
CONTRACT ESTIMATED COST I- General $124,500.00 II- Plumbing $ 18,500.00 III- Electrical $ 25,500.00 The estimated cost for a combined bid shall be the sum of the estimated costs for each individual contract in the bidder's combined bid. A Pre-Bid meeting for this project will be held Wednesday, October 28, 2009 @ 10:30 a.m. at 3601 New Garden Rd., Salem, OH 44460-9571. Copies of the plan, specifications, and bid forms will be forwarded from the Division of Engineering upon receipt of a check made payable to the Department of Natural Resources in the amount of Fifty dollars ($50.00). Plans and specifications become the property of the prospective bidders and no refunds will be made. CONTRACTORS ARE ADVISED THAT: IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF O.R.C. SECTION 153.59 EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY CONDITIONS ARE APPLICABLE TO THIS BID; THIS PROJECT IS SUBJECT TO A 5.0% EDGE PARTICIPATION GOAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISION OF O.R.C. SECTION 123.152 AND O.A.C. 123:2-16-08; MINIMUM WAGE RATE REQUIREMENTS OF O.R.C. CHAPTER 4115 ARE APPLICABLE TO THIS BID AND COMMERCIAL PREVAILING WAGE RATES APPLY; AND DOMESTIC STEEL USE REQUIREMENTS AS SPECIFIED IN O.R.C. SECTION 153.011 APPLY TO THIS PROJECT. COPIES OF SECTION 153.011 OF THE OHIO REVISED CODE CAN BE OBTAINED FROM ANY OF THE OFFICES OF THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES.
