ODFW Marine Resources Building
Mandatory meeting: March 31, 2009
"GO OREGON": The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife ("ODFW" or "Agency") intends to
select an experienced, qualified licensed Consultant for the design for a new building for
the Marine Resources Program, North Coast Watershed District and other ODFW staff.
Project goals are as follows:
Comprehensive, multidiscipline design services resulting in plans and specifications
describing the construction of a new building. Project phases are summarized below.
- Programming
- Schematic Design
- Design Development
- Construction Documents
- Bidding Services
- Construction Administration
A mandatory pre-Proposal Conference will be held for this solicitation on Tuesday, March
31, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at:
ODFW's current MRP building in the conference room

ODFW will not consider a proposal from a proposer who did not attend the mandatory pre-
proposal conference.
