OD/EM Conference Room Upgrade, USACE - Rock Island District, Rock Island, IL
The requirements to upgrade the OD/EM Conference Rooms will entail the removal of old, installation of new, and integration of projector screens, televisions, projectors, sound systems, and web cams. As well as the supporting software and equipment necessary to control the audio/visual system which, once installed, will be able to project one image that displays up to four inputs simultaneously, at a minimum. The conference room upgrade includes the requirement of a maintenance/service contract. During Emergency Operations this contract would provide repair within 8 hours of notification. This 8 hour window includes the site inspection/evaluation and repair/replacement. The contractor will be notified when the Rock Island District is activated for Emergency Operations. During Normal Operations this contract would provide repair within 60 hours of notification. This 60 hour window includes the site inspection/evaluation and repair/replacement.
