OCR Developing Health Co-Parenting Relationships Video
IDHS is seeking a proposal to create a video supporting its activities under the federal Healthy Marriage Initiative. Specifically, we are seeking a video that explains the ways children benefit from having both parents as active participants in their upbringing by promoting not only healthy marriages but also a healthy collaborative relationship between unmarried parents and a better quality of life for children. The video should also offer guidance for achieving a healthy co-parenting collaboration between the custodial and non-custodial parent.
This video will become part of the IDHS library, and should be suitable for screening in the waiting room at local Family Community Resource Centers, training settings or group counseling/mentoring sessions. Two versions one in English and one in Spanish are required.
