OCIP Insurance Broker and Administration Services
The selected OCIP insurance broker will be responsible for marketing at least the minimum coverages normally associated with an OCIP, i.e., general liability, excess liability and workers compensation. Builder's risk insurance may be part of the marketing. Other coverages, such as pollution liability and professional liability insurance, may be included in the marketing assignment. OCIP administration services also are required as described in this RFP and must be proposed together along with broker marketing services.
