OCE Colorwave Toner Service/Consumables
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to maintain and repair the networked printer/copier/multifunction devices at JBSA 502d Civil Engineering Squadron/Execution Support-Technical Support Section (502 CES/CENME-TSS) in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation. Attached at Appendix A is a list of networked Oce Colorwave devices and their locations. The contractor will oversee the parts, quarterly maintenance, and repair on 502 CES/CENME-TSS Oce ColorWave printer/plotter/scanner devices and provide 48 total toners for the year (16 toners per machine) and related consumables supplies for the equipment associated with the equipment listed in this solicitation. The period of performance for this effort is 1st Year 30 Sep 2017 - 29 Sep 2018 plus 4 Option Years.
