OCE/ODE Support Services
The Virginia Contracting Activity is soliciting offers for non-personal services for administrative, logistics, communications, signature reduction, and warehouse & distribution support services for the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA), Directorate for Science and Technology (S&T), Office of Collection and Exploitation (OCE) & Office of Development and Engineering (ODE). This requirement is a 100% set-aside for 8(a) offerors.
The Government intends to award one (1) Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract to one (1) responsible offeror whose proposal meets the technical requirements of the solicitation and whose technical/cost relationship is most advantageous to the Government.
Prime offerors must have a TOP SECRET Facility Clearance at proposal submission in accordance with Attachment #4 - DD254. Offerors who ''fail" to hold a TOP SECRET facility clearance will not be further considered for award.
This solicitation is a follow-up from the Pre-Solicitation notice OCE/ODE Support Services posted to www.FBO.gov on 2 June 2014.
All questions and inquires concerning this solicitation shall be submitted no later than 12:00pm (NOON) EDT on Monday, 23 June 2014. (See Section L for requirements).
All proposals, hard and soft copies, must be delivered not later than 2:00 PM EDT on Thursday, 17 July 2014. (See Section L for delivery requirements).
