OCAO IT EQUIPMENT BUY
The Indian Health Service has a requirement to purchase IT equipment for the Oklahoma City Area IHS facilities in Oklahoma and parts of Kansas. The government intends to award a firm fixed price for this requirement. The solicitation will be issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-19-Q-0054. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price rate for the requirement needed.
This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The RFQ will be issued as a total Buy Indian set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 423430. Vendor must have an updated SAM and ORCA record by the solicitation deadline to be considered for the award. It is the offeror's responsibility to register and/or confirm that their details are current.
The closing date for receipt of quotes is June 7 2019. Offers shall be submitted to the Oklahoma Area Indian Health Service, 701 Market Drive, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73114, no later than 4:30 p.m., on June 7 2019. The offer must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to this office, showing the solicitation number, and your name and address. Please do not email RFQ's. No phone inquiries.
Description of Items needed: The Oklahoma City Area has anticipated IT equipment needs to address end of life systems at their sites. The proposed requirement will allow a standardization of hardware and software. The IT purchase requirement will provide standard and more reliable equipment to the Oklahoma City Area Wide infrastructure.
The following FAR provisions apply to this RFQ. FAR 52.211-6, Brand name or Equal, if quoting for an "or equal" specifications of the item/s must be included in the quotation;
FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial - Offerors shall provide pricing for the attached Excel document in the solicitation.
FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - The Government intends to award one award from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer 1) meets technical specifications according to Indian Health Service IT personnel, and 2) is the lowest total price.
