Nutrition & Support Services
The Area Agency on Aging (AAA), department of the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC), is soliciting vendors to provide congregate and home delivered meals, transportation, telephone reassurance, and participant assessment services for older persons living in the Texas Gulf Coast area. The funding period for this proposal is Fiscal Year 2010, beginning October 1, 2009 and ends September 30, 2010.
