This solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery Contract, which includes a 3 Year Base period with no option periods for NSN 1615- 01-240-1569. The guaranteed minimum quantity for this contract is 134. The maximum quantity of the contract is 807 and applies to all the base periods combined. The part being procured is a Nut, Assy, Main Rotor. IAW Airtronics, LLC DBA Airtronics;CAGE: 58078; P/N: 70103-08005-104;Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation DBA;CAGE: 78286; P/N: 70103-08005-104. The required delivery schedule is 297 days. Contractor First Article Testing is required. This item has been identified as Army and Navy CSI. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin.  Surge and Sustainment is required .DLA Aviation Richmond currently does not have an approved technical data package available for this NSN.   
This item is competitive; the Acquisition Specialist determines there is not a chance of at least TWO Small Businesses (dealers or manufacturers) providing the product of the OEM.
