Nursing Home Addition & Renovation Project, Kingston, MA
MCMUSA, LLC, a Newton MA based design-build company is seeking proposals from qualified Specifications Writers to develop a written Masterformat specification book for an approximately 10,000 square foot addition and renovation of an existing 30,000 sf nursing home in Kingston, MA. Scope of the project includes addition of six new resident bedrooms. Construction type will be steel sections, brick with metal stud backup, metal deck/concrete floors, and standing seam roof. Scope also involves renovation of interior spaces on three floors, including limited areas of intensive renovation (day rooms, physical therapy) and a whole-house cosmetic update. Progress Construction Documents are available for review. Draft specs must be delivered by June 2, for review & comment, final specs by June 6.
