Nurse-Family Partnership Competitive Grant Program
The State of Texas seeks grant proposals from public or private entities, including counties, municipalities, or other political subdivision of the state, that have been approved to implement the NFP Model by the Nurse-Family Partnership National Service Office (NFPNSO) to support the establishment and operation of local Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) programs to provide education and guidance to low- income, first-time mothers through visits by highly trained registered nurses in accordance with the specifications contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP).
