Nurse Practitioners or Physician's Assistants
The County seeks a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant to act as an independent contractor in the Family Planning Program. The successful respondent will perform comprehensive reproductive health services to teens, men & women in the County by obtaining personal and routine medical information, performing physical assessments such as pap tests and breast exams; testing, diagnosis and treatment of STDs and other health conditions; prescribing & dispensing birth control; counseling clients and making appropriate referrals.
