Nurse / Resident Communication System
Mandatory walk-thru: December 30, 2009
The current Nurse / Resident Communication System is 35 years old. Lakeview has
evaluated the current wiring with regard to the Nurse Resident Communication System. This
evaluation has concluded that the current wiring is not robust enough to support a new
system. The current wiring shall be removed and replaced by the selected vendor using
plenum, UL listed, wiring. Vendor shall identify the electricians company, the electricians
name, and have the ability to verify the electrician and the electricians company are
licensed for business in the State of Wisconsin.
