STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
Procure Replacement Radioactive Isotope Sources for Nuclear Medicine.
1. Background.
The NMVAHAC is requesting the establishment of a contract for the purchase of replacement sources for the Profile, C-Clear, and Auto QC (quality control) option on 5 nuclear medicine systems. The sources are used to provide quality control and attenuation correction during acquisition of nuclear medicine exam on different areas of the body. The attenuation is used to correct for the reaction of the body and the source to environmental condition and attributes of the injected isotope. QC (quality control) is a requirement by NRC(nuclear Regulatory Commission) and the FDA (Federal Department of Agriculture)which are the controlling bodies on medical equipment operation, and safety. 2. Scope.

3. Period of Performance
Date of award through 30 March 2018
Deliverables are requested every 6 months, as required by facility
4. Performance Monitoring
Part will be install by inhouse personal and performance will be verfiyied with system operational specification.
5. Security Requirements
The C&A requirements do not apply, and that a Security Accreditation Package is not required.
