Pima County is seeking Statements of Qualifications from
qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services
for the Joint Court Complex to be located in downtown Tucson on a site
bounded by N. Stone Ave., E. Alameda St., and E. Toole Ave. The County
intends to execute one contract with the most qualified firm after all
evaluations and contract fee negotiations have been completed.
