NOTICE OF PROPOSALS
Notice is hereby given that the City of Abilene will receive written Proposals in the Office of Purchasing, City Hall, 555 Walnut Street, Room 201-A, Abilene, Texas 79601 until 5:00 p.m., CST, on January 16, 2017 for: An environmental consulting firm to complete a third party Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed Cedar Ridge Reservoir project.
