Additional Requirements:
100 parking spaces are required within a walkable half mile at no cost or at reasonable commercial rates. Additional requirements apply and will be addressed in the RLP/Lease package.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action.

The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in St. Petersburg, FL that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. If you desire to submit a location for inspection, please forward information by 4:00 PM Eastern time, January 9, 2015.
Expressions of interest should include:
· -Buiilding name and address and location of the available space within the building
· -Rentable square feet available, and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced
· -ABOA office area (ANSI/BOMA) square feet offered, and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any.
· -Date of space availability
· -Building ownership information
· - Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking.
· -Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building.
-List of building services provided
The Government's decisions regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
