Notice of Intent to Sole Source-Inside Washington Publishers, LLC
The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC) intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to Inside Washington Publishers, LLC, dba IWP Newsletters, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
The USITC anticipates award of a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis, to Inside Washington, LLC, for a renewal online subscription to World Trade Online/Inside U.S. Trade. Content of this subscription includes global and U.S. trade policy news, including Congressional documents,, overnight reporting and comprehensive international trade policy developments impacting U.S. trade, domestic industry and U.S. businesses. The anticipated period of performance of the Purchase Order is one Base Year and four, one-year Options. The Base Year would begin April 1, 2019.
This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. Interested organizations may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by submitting a capability statement, which will be considered by the agency, within five days after the date of publication of this notice. Responses to this notice may be sent to Debra Bridge, Contracting Officer, at debra.bridge@usitc.gov. ; A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
