The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Sysomos US Inc. for the purchase of Sysomos software. This software product will allow the Health Communications office to conduct a more complete in-depth analysis of NCHHSTP Social media communication channels. This software is a market leader in this area and allows the analysis of 25 social networks, the monitoring and analysis of over 536 billion social media conversations, and analysis of conversations in real time in over 186 languages with unlimited streams of data. The one-of-a kind product includes web-based trainings, documentation, and dedicated analytical support. The software also affords the ability to publish on several social media platforms. Having this ability makes this an all-in-one platform that meets NCHHSTP's social media needs. This service will allow NCHHSTP to have real-time market and intelligence and allow analysis that will assist the Health Communication Science Office in its mission of providing science, strategy, and service necessary to support communication activities of its divisions. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS; however, all responses received within ten (10) days of the issuance of this notice will be reviewed by the government.
