Notice of Intent to Sole Source, Training on Structured Decision Making
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed-price Purchase Order under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Compass Resource Management, #200-1620 Hamilton Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6B 2S8, Canada. The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain training in structured decision-making for sustainable and healthy communities. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. EPA believes Compass Resource Management is uniquely qualified to perform this function based on its specialized experience in the training subject matter. Notwithstanding, any firm who believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which if received by the stated response date of this announcement, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing. A determin ation not to compete the proposed Purchase Order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
