On behalf of the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention (OCSPP), Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP), the Office of Acquisition Management plans to award a firm fixed-price contract supported by a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition for the purchase of the Pragmatic? Regulated Product Labeling Listing and Registration System (PRPLLR) and Integrator and related services including developing an electronic data specifications document; and providing technical, maintenance, operational support, web development, materials and documentation for the xml data management system for pesticide labels. The estimated maximum potential value of this contract is $2M over a potential 5-year period of performance (with options). The proposed vendor is Pragmatic Data LLC.
NO SOLICTATION IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements as stated herein, may submit a notice of its capabilities by 12:00 PM ET on Friday, June 13, 2014 for consideration. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
