The U.S. Government has a requirement to procure Hotel Lodging for Regular Traditional Command Activities (TCA) to include Meals, Conference Rooms, Welcome Receptions, Transportation, and Parking, in support of U.S. Southern Command - Miami, FL area and has established multiple BPAs with local hotels with whom it competes individual needs. This will be an unrestricted procurement under NAICS Code 721110. It is the Government's intent to issue additional Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) to expand competition and to allow for added interest from local hotels. In order to accomplish this, interested parties must contact the Contract Specialist no later than the Response Date for this announcement. An all-encompassing Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this announcement for interested parties to review and determine their own capability of satisfying the maximum potential requirements which may arise from the issuance of specific future requirements which will be solicited under the resulting Master BPA. Please note that offers will not be accepted from any third party agencies. Proposals will be accepted directly from Hotels within the specified area(s) as written in the PWS. All responsible and responsive offers received will be considered. Interested sources are responsible for obtaining and reviewing the PWS by either downloading or requesting the documents from the Contract Specialist by email. All interested and capable hotels responding to this announcement will be sent pricing lists, BPA terms and conditions, and BPA call ordering procedures. An assessment will be made to determine the hotel's capability and their ability to meet security and vetting requirements once all pricing has been submitted by the hotel. If a hotel is determined to be capable of meeting any and all security and vetting requirements under the attached PWS, a BPA will then be issued to that hotel for a period not to exceed five (5) years. All inquiries should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Neal J. Axley, 410th CSB, Regional Contracting Office Miami at neal.j.axley.civ@mail.mil, or the Contracting Officer, Sherwin D.
