Leased Space for the U.S. Federal Government
Tyler, Texas.
Requirement: The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of 3 years for approximately 14,330 BOMA rentable square feet (RSF) of office and related space. The Government presently occupies 16,480 RSF at 5509 South Donnybrook Avenue, Tyler, TX which expires August 1, 2014 under GSA lease number GS-07B-15007. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease.
Delineated Area: Tyler, TX
Lease Term/Occupancy: Three (3) years. Occupancy by August 2, 2014.
Expressions of interest must be received no later than July 15, 2014 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) BOMA Office Area Square Feet and BOMA Office Area Rate Per Square Foot.
