Leased Space for the U.S. Federal Government
Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Requirement: The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of 5 years for approximately 65,169.06 BOMA rentable square feet (RSF) of office and related space. The Government presently occupies 65,169.06 RSF at 5338 Montgomery Boulevard Northeast, Albuquerque, New Mexico which expires May 31, 2014 under GSA lease number GS-07B-13896. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease.
Delineated Area: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Lease Term/Occupancy: Five (5) years. Occupancy by June 1, 2014.
Expressions of interest must be received no later than May 26, 2014 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) BOMA Office Area Square Feet and BOMA Office Area Rate Per Square Foot.
