The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) is seeking proposals for an ENERGY STAR Homes provider for the state of Idaho. The awarded contract is for May 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009 with an option to renew for the 2010 timeframe contingent upon performance to the contract and funding approval for NEEAs 2010 to 2014 funding cycle.
