Northern Maine Interconnect Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity
The Commission seeks expert consulting assistance to review the engineering aspects and economic implications of the NMI and to assist in analyzing the risks and benefits of the NMI to Maine consumers. The consultant(s) would also assist the Commission evaluate alternatives to the NMI, and to assess the relative benefits of the NMI and alternatives.
