Northeast Palm Bay Infrastructure Improvement

In accordance with the provisions of Florida State Statutes 287.055, the City of Palm Bay is accepting qualification submittals from individuals and firms who desire to provide professional engineering services for the City's Northeast Palm Bay Infrastructure Investment Project. The project scope includes two primary public infrastructure improvements:
Connecting Troutman Boulevard with Clearmont Street, including ancillary safety, capacity and aesthetic improvements
Enhancing Knecht Park to include such amenities as a jogging path with exercise stations, resurfacing the existing basketball court, construction of a skate park and installation of shade tents.
