North Star Alliance Market/Business Development Creative Design and Strategy for Maine's Boat Building Industry
Maine's Department of Economic and Community Development, representing the Market/Business Development Pillar of Maine's North Star Alliance Initiative under the federal WIRED grant, is requesting proposals to design a compelling visual package, create a strategy for its implementation and execute the strategy successfully to the goals of building international recognition and awareness of Maine built boats, increasing demand for Maine built boats and increasing job creation in Maine in the boat building, composites and marine services industry.
Proposal Due Date: Proposals must be received by 2:00 PM, September 14, 2007 at Division of Purchases, Burton M. Cross Building, 4th Floor, 111 Sewall Street, 9 State House Station, Augusta, Maine 04333-0009. There are no exceptions to this deadline.
