The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District is seeking firms with demonstrated capabilities and experience to provide Supplies & Services necessary for the US Army Corps of Engineers - Rend Lake Project Office. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supplies and materials to supply 400 TN of CA-6 to the old North Marcum campground area for USACE placement and compaction. Contractor shall apply TWO shots of seal coat surface treatment over a 6800 square yard area. No surface prep will be required. All base placement and compaction will be completed by USACE and North Marcum Outdoor Recreation area Partners. Solicitation Number W912P919T0052 will be issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, Competitive Procurement.
The NAICS code for the work is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. The SBA Size Standard is $16.5 Million. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package.
The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation package will be issued on or about 20 Aug 2019. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. The solicitation package will be posted on FedBizOpps, which can be accessed at www.fedbizopps. gov./. For changes to the issue date or any other changes to the information in this synopsis, potential offerors are responsible to check the posting on FedBizOpps. Telephone, written, facsimili, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored.
