North Carolina Center for Health and Aging-Special Inspections/Materials Testing
Construction Materials Testing & Special Inspection Services; the project, which is located in Biltmore Forest, NC, consists of approximately 50,000 sq ft of new construction containing primarily steel frame construction with poured in place concrete retaining walls. Special inspection services will be required for the following: soils & foundations, cast in place concrete, masonry, structural steel, EIFS, spray fire resistant material, mechanical and electrical systems. Material testing will also be required for the above mentioned items.
